It's that time of the
year again to get yourself in shape for the forthcoming season which sees our A and B teams in the Maccabi Premier Division and the C team in
the Maccabi First Division. With three teams in the top two tiers of Jewish Football we all need to raise our game
(and fitness) to make sure we are competitive and ultimately
successful.

Training commences on Sunday 18th July at 10am
with midweek sessions on Wednesdays at 7.15pm - all at Rowley Lane.
Please bring appropriate footwear to include boots/ trainers and running shoes
(we are training on grass) aswell as your own fluids.

are coming so that we can plan the sessions accordingly (by all means bring
along anyone else that you feel would challenge for a place in one of our
sides).
In the meantime if you want to remain one step ahead of your
fellow players the London Lions Spinning Session continues at
The Village Hotel in Elstree every Monday night - 8pm SHARP start. We have
secured free entry to this great gym for Lions players with an
exclusive spinning session (in door cycling for those of you that have never
been to a gym) followed by access to swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room
and sauna. Obviously the evening the hard work is usually followed by drinks and
food in the bar! Let Danny Reuben know if you are coming.
